If you want the Pregnancy Chances based on Menstrual Cycle and Birth Control to be useful that setting would need to be 0. If you use my settings but change the life spans, make sure you also change the Skill Difficulty Adjustment and Career Difficulty Adjustment back to 0. I play in a very specific style with very long life spans. I allow them to continue with their lives with certain restrictions.
